A mate has just offered me one of these FREE. It is geared to produce a higher turning speed for grinding. Never seen one anyone know anything about them?.

I remember those, really useful tool.

Is it the hand cranked or foot pedal type? Either is a good assett but foot pedals are best. Grab it pal

I think its a hand crank one not seen myself yet.

got one from the car boot ,use it for sharping knives and garden sheers its the SIF maker mark on the side

trouble is you need about 3 hands to use it!!
