I train around 5-6 days a week; ever since I started Uni it's been easy to train as I have free gym and easy to control what I eat as I'm the one buying it! I'm runnig 1.5 miles as fast as I can; I can just about do it in under 10 minutes. I'm also doing Scooby's Intermediate Workout; 3 day push/pull/leg split followed by a rest day. 3 sets of 6-12 reps; if I can't do six, weight is lowered, If i can do 12+ weight is increased.
