All very good information. Also, consider how far you're looking to travel. This link might help. http://events.exeter.ac.uk/archived-tent...indexr.htm
Look on the left hand side, half way down it says 35miles, 45 miles, and 55 miles. Decide which route you're up for, then give me a PM if you want company. The wife and pups would certainly be up for it, if you want company.
Scythe, have pm,d you.
We have been doing quite a bit of looking into it already, we used to quite a bit of this sort of thing, so we understand its not to be taken lightly.

yep "not far from Brentor" my old stomping grounds, and I know all about bogs I can tell you.
I'd be up for this too. Depending on dates of course.

My hip won't take me over 35 miles in one hit though, maybe half if I'm lucky!
I think we could do an official SUK-10Tors-Trip...in secret!!! WOOO SECRETS!!!! Sssssh, don't tell anyone.
Or.....

You could enter the Exmoor Star Trek Challenge:

Beam me up Scotty!!
Ah Doont Hav Du POOWUH, Captin.

It's 16miles and sponsored. Not sure many people would be too excited by putting all their details down on a form as well as collecting money from friends and family.

Nice idea though.
This looks pretty good. I'd be up for that.

I don't think being on a list of 'ramblers who raise money for charity' it too bad Wink
bumping this back up.
