I thought about this a while ago. I was thinking more of making my own. A large raft help up with boats around the perimeter. Aquaphonics for food. Fish nets to hold fish accessed from the raft.

An island where none existed before just off the coast and out of reach.

Somehow an Island in the local duck pond made of empty fizzy pop bottles does not inspire confidence !!!

It's all a matter of scale. They call the Atlantic the big pond.
