I used this recipe to make chutney last week and am about to make another batch.

A great way to use up the tomato surplus :-). I have not made it before but it smells great but I will have to wait until at least Christmas to give you the final verdict.

Does anyone have any other good preserving recipes to share for their home grown produce?

I'm going to try some of these over the next few months. Just to see how they go.

I'm not a sauce person though. I like things like this on sandwiches and see that being an issue after an event.
