Its WILTSHIRE, dead cow found infected with Anthrax, large area cordoned off.
yesterday beef gives you cancer today it gives you anthrax.

NO it wont, read up on stuff before you make such statements.
if you eat contaminated meat it will give you a form of food poisoning which is treatable and is rarely fatal.
isn't Porton Down in Wiltshire?
BP - Yes Porton Down is in Wiltshire and they were the people resposible for introducing Anthrax to Gruinard Island in Scotland.

yes, and in the past they have had one or two "oops, we released some stuff by accident" moments haven't they?
also Anthrax, Foot and Mouth and even The Plague can remain dormant in the soil for hundreds of years until something sets it off again.
