Slightly more seriously I think it could be beneficial at times for the Urban preppers to find out about Sub Terr structures in their towns that may be of use if TSHTF either to travel through,, but out from, hide stuff in, shelter in etc.

Yeah BT also uses the tunnels as well mainly fibre optics now but during the Cold War hardened land lines were ran in the tunnels as well to link government buildings.
