If it's on wheels you need no planning permission. Just have to move it every 28 days... of course, moving it a foot forward one month then back the next is fine (as far as I can find out) - so very handy these if you suddenly need extra accommodation and don't want to buy a caravan.
Want to convert a big box trailer for incognito camping (for want of a better word) as I can't afford a sprinter van.
I think with the amount of 'refugees' coming into the country we could see more and more of these micro houses appear. Awesome things, would love one, but I'd need a 5 bedroom two bathroom micro house with playroom, conservatory and garage...
