This 70's BBC series may be a little dated but is still well worth watching

Thanks for the tip HP.

I found the set on Amazon UK. When Royal Mail completes the hand-off to the Yankee post office I hope to enjoy it soon and find it better than the modern remake.

Region-free DVD players are wonderful.
To be honest I downloaded all three seasons from the net. The remake was grim/crap/awful IMHO.

Look at Ray Mears, all his stuff is on youtube and is easy to download

No BS, fantastic bushcraft skills

Being an old retired guy and in the middle of fighting some bad back pain I decided to let the Youtube run wild and followed Ray around the world to several locations in South American and South Africa.

I enjoy watching Ray but I did notice that in the films I saw there was a strange revelation. Ray was teaching the natives how to start fires using primitive methods! They had lost their fire building skills and were dependent on the ever present Bic lighter!
This is in three parts, enjoy MB Smile
