Observations - NorthernRaider - 22 November 2015

It could be worth members while watching events in Crimea and Paris / Brussels for events in those places have turned interesting in a prepper stand point.

Crimea, Its in the dark someone has waited til the winter weather arrives and blown up all the pylons providing the place with power.
It would be interesting seeing how people get by for the next few days.

Paris / Brussels has a major flap going on as its got out that ISIL may be trying to poison those cities water supplies so bottle water is selling out across the areas, again worth watch to see how people adapt / cope.

Strange!!! there is no one taking the piss out of preppers in the papers this weekend because we store water and have filters !!!

RE: Observations - bigpaul - 22 November 2015

if its that easy to blow up an electricity pylon, imagine it happening here, I wonder how many of the population could cope? not many going by the moaning when we get the first winter storms or the first snow.

RE: Observations - Sunna - 22 November 2015

their are so many soft targets , how hard would it be to derail a highspeed train or just a local one .

RE: Observations - bigpaul - 22 November 2015

easiest way is to take out a bridge, dosent have to be a big one.

Even easier to just cut out a piece of track or to dump a steel girder across the tracks.....

RE: Observations - bigpaul - 22 November 2015

I think taking out an electric pylon would affect more people over a wider area than just remove a bit of train track.

RE: Observations - Sunna - 22 November 2015

if we can think of these things so can they....would they realy poison the water supply their are so many of their own kind in the big citys.

RE: Observations - bigpaul - 22 November 2015

there were plenty of "their own kind" killed in Paris.
