The link is a guide, nothing more.
I was trying to let people know what was higher in calories so that they could plan a better allotment/veg patch for minimum effort and maximum result if TSHTF.
We all know how important these things are now but post SHTF they will be the difference between life and death!
But then again I guess if your preps include pole shifts then it's a pointless link altogether

good idea,dont forget, that when chemicals and fertilisers become unavailable, to incorporate as much animal and vegetable matter as possible to your garden or veg plot.human "waste" can be composted and used as a mulch.....
