Loads of people wear camo and army style stuff in London as it's currently fashionable and trendy, So if you want to go unnoticed (or be ignored) just splash some paint down one leg and on your bag and they think you're a builder or P&D and completely ignore you, especially if you're in a posh part of town.

A janiter is a pretty safe bet people will look straight past you.
