RE: Blighted - Skean Dhude - 18 November 2013

There are various factors at play here.

How you deal with issues
How much spare funds you have.
Your lifestyle level.
What you enjoy doing.

I don't tend to worry about issues, I plan what I am going to do and then implement that play. I have some spare cash coming in which I can to spend every month according to my requirements and my lifestyle is general family orientated based around working away. It is my time that is limited. I enjoy certain aspects of prepping, meeting people, discussing things, shooting, learning about interesting things, etc. If nothing happens then I will have spent several thousands over several decades which will never be used but I spend more money in taxes, stealth taxes and VAT that is wasted. All in all I'm comfortable with my life and my prepping insurance.

I think prepping has enhanced my lifestyle...I never was "normal"-always been a bit "alternative" so to speak so being a prepper is just another step on the evolutionary ladder if you like!!Big GrinBig Grin
