It's been up a while now and seems to be stable. I'm rebuilding the main site tonight so it will be back tomorrow. I'll go through the same with that, let it settle before moving the rest. Still need to make a few decisions but it looks like the main work is finally over.
It should never have been this hard and I've learnt a valuable lesson.

I'm learning, I've just downloaded Highlanders excellent bit of stuff on erecting his wind turbine, I was gutted thinking I might not have saved that piece.
