yep, seems like it, my idea is to keep it small, under normal times if i had the cash, i would buy a property out in the middle of nowhere with no near neighbours, if TSHTF would probably need a few people around but would prefer to keep it small, a smaller group would be easier to hide, a larger group would make more noise, create more tracks coming and going, more cooking etc.etc.
