Ukraine is a proxy war for the US to weaken Russia but it’s not working as planned, it’s bleeding the west including the UK of ammunition we will need sooner or later, this is at a time when our forces are at the lowest after decades of underfunding.

Nato/ usa has lied repeatedly over this war and pushed a European country into the arms of China.

If Britain and Germany/ france and Germany/ Germany and Poland can move on from ww2 why can't the USA.

because the USA likes to stick its nose in other countries business thats why.

Nato of whom the US is by far the largest contingent has kept europe free for decades.
This is not just sticking it’s nose in it’s putting in men and equipment for a principal.

no it isnt, its the US affecting foreign countries internal politics, they are very good at "regime change".
The US didnt want Brexit and sent Obama and his " back of the queue" interference.

Guys, Lets stop this now. This has nothing to do with prepping and is turning into political opinions. The question os does it make a difference to preppers in the UK. If the answer is no then drop it.

In this case I believe the original topic would impact us but it isn't any different from Russia just launching missiles. If your preps cover than then fine. If not also fine but the threat has been pointed out.

So this thread is dead unless anyone has anything new to discuss besides their opinions.

Ex prime minister david cameron basically said no to the USA regarding boots on the ground in Syria, this in my opinion was because of public opinion regarding the 3 wars/conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The British people seem to have had enough of costly war in lives and money.

Public opinion has not changed one bit so no war with Russia and it's allies.

depends what Putin does, if he invades a NATO country NATO will have to reply and the UK is a member of NATO.
