When they say run out the don't ean it in the same way that you and I do.
If you have no money and your income = your outgoings then you are stable.
When you have no money, owe a years worth of money and your income is decreasing you are in big trouble.
When you are the government,owe a years worth of money and your income is decreasing you just borrow more.
When they run out of money it means they owe much more than they earn, the income goes towards debt not services and nobody will give them any money so they go to other politicians who give them money from a pot that they give money to. Its smoke and mirrors but we still give a fortune in aid to countries that are better off than us.
What we needed was politicians that were men. What did we get, Cast Iron Dave and Clegg and we wonder why we are doomed.
