Tesco quite frequently have 10 liters for £10 round my way. Get some funny looks with 100 liters of veg oil in the trolley though.

Costco (or any wholesaler) is cheaper too, if there's one near you.

Cherry is only 85 pence per liter round my way though Wink

I'll second what BM says,

Tesco own brand, usually works out at £1 per litre if you buy it at the right time.

then asda usually have 2x2litre crisp n dry for £4 when the tesco stuff isn't on special.

I don't notice any drop in MPG, but my van is non-turbo.

the only problen i have is my van doesnt have a fuel heater, unlike the surf you have

To get light/heat from the flame you mean? I would think so as you can use veg oil to make mini lanterns (think mini jam jar with a wick, gives off the same results as a miniature greenhouse heater. Only a bit more smelly). Having said that, I've only used fresh oil rather than used. Hope this helps
