Firstly, take note of the document ID in the URL this is within stars for identification in this article.
The stars are'nt really in the title and should not be used.
For example... http://www.scribd.com/doc/*24733157*/Yamaha-T135-Owners-Manual
Secondly, put the document ID onto a link like below and put it into your browser:
http://www.scribd.com/mobile/documents/24733157
After that is done, you will be direct to a page like below, where you can download the document without uploading one.
The links are'nt valid there just for example.
