I'm still trying to get my head round where to stick the earth wire lol, I'm a bit tech thick, I live on the first floor, how can I ground the earth wire? Huh

Strap it to a metal pipe, or a radiator.

run a wire to the copper pipe on the radiator

Did have a thought about the bath? it's metal and it's earthed but pipe/radiator is good ,thanks.

You can do it but it isn't necessary. The faraday cage is designed to stop waves getting in and earthed or not it does that.

Myself, I do earth mine because it isn't a problem and even if it makes the cage 0.001% better I'll have all the help I can get.
