I have read that all these super foods are nothing more than money spinners, and its huge for example the sales of blue berries went up 40% worldwide after the wheels were put in motion to inform us all they were a super food, this called a response from the UK black berries market to argue black berries were just as good and now all berries are classed as super food but they are no more super then say an apple or pear, also omega 3 one of the most recent super food crazes has yet to prove it is any good for human heart, same with any super food its marketing hype.
What I said above is only what I have been reading of late and I don't know if true or not true.

I don't know wither but it sounds true enough.
