Kombucha - Rootsman - 15 April 2012

Dont know if this is the right section as its about brewing a health drink that once established can be kept going indefinatley providing one can get hold of sugar, green tea and clean filtered water.

I have been drinking Kombucha for a good few years and hardly ever get colds an if i do it usualy only lasts a day or two. Kombucha is an excellent aid to building a strong immune system an is easy to make.

I know this Polish kickboxer who has 'special tea' as he describes it. I'll ask what it's called, but I do recognise Kombuchi, so it's probably the same thing.

I think it would be best in the health/medical section, because it's a medicinal drink. However it is fermented, so it could be here as well. But I think SD meant for this to be more about how to enjoy the spirits and making them.

It is fermented so it is fine in here.
