Gerber customer services (USA) --> Fantastic! Posted me some spare parts for a product of theirs at no charge. These were extras for me and I did not say that the originals were broken or damaged in any way. Nice people - Recommended*****

i think gerber are underrated, i myself doubted them for some time because of things like their bear grylls line of products xD
but knowing they have good customer service ill be sure to buy from them ^^ cheers TL
