The new online data retention laws - NorthernRaider - 14 June 2012

The government claim it will help them find criminals, its the definition of CRIMINAL that scares me, Catching Paedophiles and fraudsters is great BUT what happens when the government suddenly decides that criminals and enemies of the state are Investigative Journalists, Environmental campaigners, Trade Union Activists, Student Protestor Groups, Civil Liberties campaigners or individuals and groups who disagree with the government of the day and its policies..

A government especially some of todays type of government will do anything to remain in power including trying to discredit their opponants, what easier than turning a hostile lobby group into criminals and using the new laws to spy on them.

Orwell would be so proud of todays freedom hating political parties.
In the eye of politicians most preppers are viewed with benign curiosity, but what happens when those same politicians become afraid of the independ and self reliant security blanket that survivalists envelope themselves with.

Time to get the spade out and bury the goods. If a survival situation arises they will come for our goods and we will be treated as hoarders. It will be a felony when marshall law is introduced. If they don't find any goods then we will be in the clear. Dig for Victory! Kenneth Eames.

nope, they wont bother coming door to door, they'll just shut down the supermarkets instead, supermarkets have only got 3 days worth of food at any one time so its the easier option.

Free speech not hate speech. I define hate speech.
