Guys, before I even clicked on this thread, I knew it would be that kid James Madden of exactaweather. He's utterly discredited and has a terrible, appalling track record. Last winter he was warning it would be horrific; instead we had one of the mildest winters in years. Just take him and his warnings with a HUGE pinch of salt.

expect the worse hope for the best. Its all you can do with uk weather...
as long as you have fuel and food/water and keep warm and dry it doesnt matter what its like outside in winter
