Yet all they will do is whinge, claim compensation and then whinge some more.

Although yet again one of the disadvantages or rural life.

St.Austell is more urban than rural and has a population of over 22,000.

Yet, the didn't have the capability to berform that op while most rural areas have major hospitals close.

because Cornwall is so narrow you are never that far from a hospital, our nearest A&E dept is 30 miles away, but it wasnt the distance this guy had to travel its the fact he wasnt seen by a Doctor for 5 hours and died before one did see him!!
