Abu Hamza al-Masri has launched a High Court attempt to avoid extradition to the US on terror charges.

The application comes after the European Court of Human Rights rejected a bid by the radical cleric and four other suspects to halt their cases.

It is the latest move in a long-running legal battle in which the men said they faced inhumane treatment in the US.

An injunction temporarily prevents the extradition of Abu Hamza and another one of the suspects, Khaled Al-Fawwaz.

You're fucking kidding me right? Let's just kill this fucker and be done with.

Time to kick-start my visa application to go and live & work in Canada. This country is fucking wank now.

I love the cold - sure I'm part Eskimo!

I've been through the application process to emigrate, as long as I get a permanent job offer then I can get permanent residency - I'm on their wanted occupations list thankfully. The missus could also get in on her own skill set (health care professional), so if she can get a job offer and I can't (kind of specialised what I do) then we can still move there permanently.

Gotta be better than living here - things like this really put me off this country. I'd just poison this twat, or get someone to kick him to death. I'm truly stunned that this thing has even been allowed to appeal.

Depends on what you do for a living BP. My work is pretty specialised in the health care sector - thankfully not many Canadians can do (or want to do) what I do Big Grin

well thats probably given you the edge, at the time(like i said 1977) i was an office manager, i'm semi retired these days and havent a chance of emmigrating ANYWHERE-even if i wanted to- which i DONT- i've got more of a chance of survival in North Devon than in some city in Canada.

I hear what you're saying. Not something to be taken lightly - and there's the worry of if anything should happen we've gone from being the new family in town to "those dirty foreigners" Tongue

Going to be a nicer place to raise the little 'un though. Unless I can somehow pull a few grand out of my arse and get us into a sleepy little Devonian town somewhere.

Abu Hamza has killed less people and been less of a traitor than Blair, Prescott, Reid, Brown ,Straw etc they were born here and still betrayed our country.

I wasn't comparing cunts NR - I agree they're all worthless human beings - but this fucker shouldn't be here, should NEVER have been here - yet we let him bend out "judicial system" to fuck us. It's ridiculous.

Look at the house he had when he was free. Paid for by the tax payer...

Yup just like so many chavs who have never paid a penny in tax got free houses, I'll be glad when Abu and Co has gone but i would like to send the Trade unions the same way as the Islamists because both are our enemies.
