This really works... when t.s.h.t.f. & "they" bring in martial law, you will be seeing "them" using these restraints quite a lot, so learning this technique won`t hurt.

They use them now when dealing with large numbers or doing raids,easy enough to make.

3cable ties does the trick, you could even use small ties on their thumbs after you cuffed em

The same system works with them. The harder you slam down, the easier it is. you can even use paracord (which you used to replace your shoelaces) and use it like a wire saw to cut through the plastic.
