Gadget show AA Battery test - NorthernRaider - 9 November 2012
Gadget show just tested i think 32 proprietry brands of AA battery by fitting two of each brand into a mini maglite, 16 (I think) into a special carrying frame each. They then went caving with them, cheapest Asda / Tesco brands died after two hours, longest lasting at nearly 4 hours was the Energiser Lithiums.
Good simple reliable test.
