I know the theory stem's from a coin that Israel minted seemingly showing the Euphrates on it though. They lack the manpower to seize such a vast area... If you look at the size of Israel on the pic, then the amount of land they hope to take. It would take a bit more man-power to get that one sorted out. Unless they have a race-specific bio-weapon, but that technology is still very unreliable (allegedly).
