For the baofeng. It's twice the size of the stock battery, and sticks a good inch on the bottom of the radio. This makes it feel very sturdy indeed. Mine came with a fair amount of charge on it. How long it will last under normal conditions I don't know. The stock battery lasts for absolutely ages under "normal: use. I'm expecting good things. I"ll update in the days to come with further info.

Well, missed the update window on this, but the battery is amazing! I've only charged it once when I got it, and that's it. Still running at about 50% charge. Granted, it doesn't get a huge amount of use, maybe a few hours a week. Still very impressed though. Don't buy one if you have anything other than the bog standard UV-5R - cause it won't fit!
