hi i think we should all try and find our strenghts and weakness.
what we are good at and not so good at?
and what we can do and can't
before it is too late. write a list of what you need to do then tick what you know 100% you can do and it gives you time to learn or plan the rest.

One of my instructors once said that "your greatest strength is also your biggest weakness", with me it's some of my "need" or desire to be kind to others.
