if you dont know what this is have a look at http://www.youtube. fitted mine up yesterday using a one and a quarter inch split ring and 2 short cable ties, it works-oh boy DOES it work!i can fire a 26inch arrow very accurately from it, if you ever want to fire an arrow where arm room is limited then this is the way to do it! i'm using a standard metal catapult with the wrist rest available fairly cheaply on Ebay, very pleased with it!
