Once I manage to clear some space in my shed I was planning on trying to construct a simple trailer to attach to the rear of a mountain bike. I'm going to have to train my backside to get used to a bicycle seat again though. I used to go everywhere on my bike before I could drive. Now I would be lucky to manage 2 or 3 miles before my butt cheeks protested & demanded I stopped

yeah, got to sort out the back rack on the wife's bike then put panniers on both bikes, if and when TSHTF and we cant bug out by vehicles(road's blocked etc.) we plan on using the bikes off road.
