The only "unbreakable" encryption method is the "one-time code pad". There are several downloadable programs that will generate OTC Pads on the web. It's old, slow, and completely unbreakable provided that:
1. The pads are secure - no one has access to them but the two users, and
2. The pads are used once and only once.

This was/is the KGB's preferred method of communication.
