Cottage pie- meat from a local farm. followed by apple and blackberry crumble...wild blackberries and home grown apples.....guess who's a happy bunny tonight??

is the meat pre minced? if not what mincer do you use? i'd quite like to buy a small manual mincer for this kind of thing, but i really don't know much about domestic mincers.
