Now had a good look at the book it is a pretty basic guide to BOB's but it should give the less experience a bit better understand of what goes into a BOB.

Its a decent read but I wouldn't pay for it guy's its not that great and you can tell it hails from the land of litigation as there so worried for your safety at every turn of the page , be careful knives are sharp/foil blankets may suffocate/the innards of a chemical handwarmer are toxic....gets a bit wearing!
i'd say a fairly good starting point for a complete beginner.
