Keep being locked out of the forum, getting the following message

Looks like it isn't over then.
Interesting as this is the only service on the site. It is clearly what was bringing all the other sites down on the previous ISP.
The ISP tells me it is a mixture between a high number of resource requests by users and the fact I have a restricted number of processes on this account. As this is the only site on here it gives us a chance to investigate.
One option is that I may have to change software package.

SD I dunno what to suggest because I honestly don't understand most of it, but if its consuming to much resources because of the number on constraints applied could you not turn some of them off???, Is this a case of perhaps simpler is better??
Either way I hope it gets fixed without causing you to much trouble.
