Avoid Hospitals - NorthernRaider - 29 December 2011

If there ever was a damn good reason we make much greater efforts at dealing with minor injuries and ailents ourselves, this is it. our hospitals are dirtier than many 3rd world countrys.

No surprise there. We are a third world country now. Almost a police state, corrupt politicians. Imprisonment without trial. Torture is acceptable. few freedoms and disarmed. No justice and a million and one petty rules to ensure we stay in our place.

We need the UN to help us as the helped Iraq and Libya

Our hospital where my missus works is a perfect example it used to have 1400 beds and they used to take entire wards out of use to clean and air them plus total disinfection, but the Labour govt cut the beds to 440 so the wards are constantly full and never cleaned properly.

and just not the ones in County Durham NR! every time i go into a hospital down here they are always packed and not an empty bed in site, i know of several hospitals where whole wings and units have been mothballed.

I think the NHS is going into meltdown. About twenty years ago, a new hospital was built where I live. It was wonderful, they had a Theatre for operations, two wards and lots of modern equipment, an obstetrics unit, Accident and Emergency, and a Dental unit. The theatre has never been used, this year the number of beds has been cut by half, A and E often takes four or five hours before you can see a doctor. The only good thing is we have a Helicopter emergency service which flies serious cases to Glasgow or Oban. Kenneth Eames.

where we live our nearest hospital is an 8mile drive away, but that only does minor cuts and bruises , our nearest A&E is at Exeter and that is 30miles away.

BP,

One of the downsides in living where you are is access to facilities like emergency services.

The whole system is falling down. Lack of money. As the often quoted Iron Lady said the problem with socialism is it always runs out of other peoples money. It's there now.

The last time I went to hospital was twenty years ago, I had cut my finger off in an accident.(They sewed it back on very nicely)
I keep myself fit and I try to eat the right foods as often as I can, I find this has helped me avoid nearly all the infections my friends and family seem to get on a regular basis. My folks are in hospital so often they should have a bloody ward named after them. (over weight, lazy, etc.)
I have never broken a bone even though I've been in a plane crash and fallen out of a second floor window. (both times winded and bruised but ok)
We are witnessing the beginning of 'The Great Western Decline' Things are going to get a lot worse as the sheeple struggle to care for themselves on even a basic level ,something tells me that the powers that be have it planned this way. And what better form of euthanasia than a bug that wipes out the elderly, that'll save the goverment dipping into the dwindling pension fund for the UK.
