Because they can.
Look who can blame them. If someone was to tell a non skilled person they would pay me more than the average wage and I could do what I wanted, including begging, stealing or just playing on the Xbox just because I have a shed load of kids. I'd do it but I couldn't put up with the little brats.

we have got enough poor of our own why import them? in this particular case the parents went back home and left the 14 year old with an aunt, why cant we send her back to her parents...she's under age??
