ROTFLMBO how come when a civvy or soldier screws up and fires his weapon at the wrong time its a NEGLIGENT DISCHARGE and you normally end up in prison, but when your a cop and you do the same thing its called an ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGE and they normally get promoted ?
