Another thing worth noting the location of and enquiring into what facilities they have are your local Outward Bound Centres and Venture Training centres often run both privately and by local authorities also look at these Corporate Adventure Experience centres that often have shooting, archery, clay pigeon, off roading, rock climbing, gorge scrambling , quad biking and other very useful facilities available.
