Ebola - Devonian - 9 October 2015 An interesting/worrying development in Ebola case of Pauline Cafferkey: http://news.sky.com/story/1566472/ebola-nurse-back-in-isolation-at-hospital RE: Ebola - Sunna - 9 October 2015 yes if it starts to reinfect people were in a lot of crap RE: Ebola - MaryN - 9 October 2015 Honestly, it really doesn't pay to listen to "experts"! RE: Ebola - NorthernRaider - 9 October 2015 NOTE three main stories on Sky, Do Gooder who went to Africa and got Ebola is back in hospital in London AGAIN and the cost of her treatment including shipping her from Africa to the UK plus all care cost comes to over £2 million. Next story is NHS is £1billion overspent I wonder why see above and below Next story is about huge numbers of the migrants pouring unchecked into Europe are from Africa and many have health problems and want to come to the UK Oh the wonderous joys of idiots running the country, with even bigger idiots in opposition saying we should welcome even more migrants in, all of whom will want access to the NHS and WILL bring untreatable TB from Asia, Antiobiotic resistant STDS from the middle east and possible Ebola or Hanta with them from Africa. And lil ole me was wondering why the UK now has over 1000 gated communities with full security and separate water systems. RE: Ebola - Barneyboy - 9 October 2015 NRs back yey RE: Ebola - bigpaul - 10 October 2015 because these idiots are in power for 5 year terms they cant see any further than that, notice how most things are short term gains, Cameron wont be standing as leader for the next election. as for the nurse, she had Ebola once and was cleared all too quickly, are we really surprised it came back? i'm not. as for the migrants, we don't have enough housing for the people already here, people who have lived here all their lives are on council waiting lists for 20-30-40 years yet these migrants go to the top of the list? RE: Ebola - Skean Dhude - 10 October 2015 It's not all bad news. Sounds like we will be one do-gooder down and nobody else infected. There isn't that many do-gooders that put themselves in harms way so we should be grateful for what we get. So while we spend £2m on this women who couldn't even follow the rules put in place to protect her, and by extension us, and then not knowing but not cleared she flies back here and goes all over the place putting others at risk. We should be suing the company that sent her out there and allowed her to work on infected people. |
