hackers have traced isis twitter accounts back to the department of work and penshions [spell]
at first it looked like the accounts ip address lead to the middle east but boffin hackers broke through showing they came from the D W P.

looks like a non-story, although I note the Big-Brother-Statement-Police have been at work:-
"A Cabinet Office spokesperson said: "The government owns millions of unused IP addresses which we are selling to get a good return for hardworking taxpayers."
