there are various courses held in the Exeter area mostly walks and things. there are some walks in my local area being set up for the Spring, so far only Trees in Winter/mosses & liverworts/birdsong. i have already asked the person to consider some foraging courses, check out: http://www.devonnaturewalks.co.uk
