This is a good example of what would happen if there were a large scale disaster.
Everyone knew that weather conditions were going to be challenging, but still people were travelling with absolutely no preparation for their car becoming stuck....

M62 is always a problem there due to the elevation. People get stuck there every year but the locals are not wimps so it doesn't normally make the news.
