Did you really read all of that document?
The author places Brixit in the same risk level as hostile invasion and large scale terror attacks.
He also warns against disinformation and those that do not believe the media at the same time, while warning against fake news.
Not believing the media is considered a major threat on par with terrorist attack!
The real kicker is that he is approved by Parliament as a reliable source.

yeah you kinda got my point, does it not seem like its been put out there to cause a bit more confusion and worry, it is clearly remainer based
