Instant fingerprint technology,
CCTV on every light pole,
Facial recognition technology,
All defeated by 12 year olds with celo-tape and razor blades.
But we're working on it and there will be a thorough investigation.

Even if they catch who was responsible ,they definatly will deserve 5 hours community service ! That should work to sort the buggers out! Yeah right.
