I've a big red bottle but the barbie ones are all blue. I've a few of them but still less volume than the red industrial bottle. I'll be fine with them. The caravan is set up for blue and I don't like playing about with the adapters unless I have to.

Yes disposable gas cartridges are widely available, usually a 70%/30% mix, eg Coleman Performance.
