Flue free chimney cleaner - Straight Shooter - 18 October 2021
Had my chimney cleaned ( swept ) few weeks ago , and noticed some creosote deposits on the flue ( not at all good ) could cause a flue fire ...no bloody good at all ! ......so I ordered a tub of ( Hotspot ) off the net .

I have a double skin stainless steel flue and the sil has a stainless steel flexi liner .
So after reading the instructions I started off the process which is very simple , using the scoop provided , and spread the powder as stated over some embers on a low fire and left it with the door shut .....I repeated this three times over two weeks .......and as recommended once a month there after .....I have had great results and improvements and would recommend this product 100% .....burning well seasoned wood is best but sometimes we do not always follow this sound advise ....buy a tub ! And prevent a problem before it starts ....works on all flues .
